  Hansen Steam Way cleans fabric upholstery using a special hydro kinetic hand tool as to not wet your foam.  Maxim Advantage Upholstery Protectant and MicroSeal are available to protect your fabric.  We also clean & condition leather upholstery and can protect it with MicroSeal.
  
• Leather Cleaning
  The most neglected furniture there is.  Many people don’t realize how important it is to clean and condition your fine leather furniture.
• Oriental Rug Cleaning
  No need to send your fine wool, oriental rugs out of town just to have them cleaned!  We offer pick-up and delivery, or you can drop your rug off at our facility.

• Carpet Repairs
  - Seam Repair: Loose or Frayed Seams are an eyesore and potentially a tripping hazard
  - Burns/Bleach Spots: Bonded Inserts are secure and will not move or fray once seamed.
  - Runs: Berber carpet is just one of those things, vacuums catch the loose fiber or a pet and there it goes.
  
• Carpet Restretching
  There is a number of reasons carpet will loosen up; could be poor installation, moisture, heavy objects moved across the floor…. Hansen Steam Way can use a power stretcher to get your carpet looking great again.  It is best if all furniture is moved off the carpet to get optimal stretching results.
• Red Dye Removal

• Spot Dyeing
  We can re-dye those bleach spots.
