We use a hot water extraction method, which is currently the best method for cleaning carpets. Our system leaves little or no residue. The pre-cleaner is applied first and allowed to "dwell" on the carpet for effective cleaning of heavily soiled areas. Then using a rinsing agent and hot water, the carpet is rinsed with high pressure, and all soap and dirt are extracted with a very high-powered truck-mounted vacuum.
